Pod Gathering

Greetings & Gratitude to our Human Pod Family! In one week, we will be six months out from our first-ever Pod Gathering here in Florida. The Dolphin Pod has requested that I re-share and pin our Pod Gathering video to the top of my Facebook page on April 1st. Because they have advised me to limit this gathering to 30 people, they would like me to present it to you all first! As we are nearing 200 of you on this email list, we would advise that if you have expressed interest in this gathering, please sign up to reserve your spot before it is shared to our 3,000+ Facebook friends & followers.

For those local to and within driving distance of the San Francisco area, we will also be having our first event amongst the Redwoods over the Summer Solstice as we scope out the future Home Base of Cosmic Resonance, and we plan to be traveling between the San Fransisco area and the Sarasota area for years to come. Please read all information pertaining to these events fully and carefully if you plan to join us at either of our 2024 gatherings! Information about the Pod Gathering is shared below for your convenience, and information and sign-up for both events (with additional photos) is available at https://cosmicresonance.org/events - scroll down for our Pod Gathering event.

About the Event

Our first ever Pod gathering will kick off ten years to the day from my initial activation by the Dolphins during the last Solar Maximum of 2014, and I cannot think of a more powerful way to move through the peak of the 2024 Solar Maximum than to share their Presence and all that we have anchored in over the past 10 years with our Human Soul Family.

Our pod gathering will take place in the Sarasota area of Southwest Florida, USA from October 1-3, 2024. The dolphins tend to gather en masse in late September and early October, blanketing the area with the most magical energy and often bringing their babies around to see the humans. Manatees are also frequent visitors this time of year.

Our Pod Gathering in Florida will follow a similar model to our West Coast gathering among the Redwoods except that there will be dolphins, there will be more swimming for those who are up for it, and we will be visiting at least three highly activating locations. Our tentative schedule is as follows:

Day 1: Introductions, Cosmic Connections, Meet the Pod

On day 1, we will meet at the Banyan Tree to get acquainted upon all levels of existence. After ground-level introductions, we will move right into our Cosmic Tree Connection and then connect energetically with the Dolphins before meeting them within physicality. We will also discuss and connect with many other Cosmic Races who work closely with the dolphins to assist in this great Shift in Consciousness. We will move through a Heart Expansion and Integration exercise as a group before we head to the beach to meet the Pod. While we are there, we will discuss some things about Pod etiquette and dolphin vs. human perception and consciousness in order to prepare us for day 2.

Day 2: Cosmic Healing & Activation Day at the Pod Playground

Day two will be spent entirely at our Pod Playground. The dolphins will most likely pop in and out at synchronistic moments and will remain as active participants in our gathering regardless of whether we see them within physicality 100% of the time. We will move through several of our Cosmic Activations as a group with plenty of swim breaks. In addition to keeping us cool, salt water assists immensely in healing, activation, and integration. Please read carefully through the next section, “Things to Know,” in reference to swimming in the vicinity of the Pod.

Evening of Day 2: Drum Circle

Drum Circle will be optional, but dancing on the beach to the beat of the drums is a powerful way to ground and anchor in the high energies we will be working with. And in meeting the Tribe, you’ll come to know some of Florida’s most colorful and unique people 🤗

Day 3: Cosmic Alignment at the Siesta Key Stargate

On day three we will meet at Siesta Key. Before it became America’s #1 beach, it was a highly sacred indigenous area due to its powdery soft, pure white quartz crystalline sand, which is a high conductor for Cosmic Energy and Alignment. Here we will anchor in and expand our awareness to greater Spheres of Consciousness within this Galaxy and beyond. Siesta Key may be a lot to handle for an entire day, especially once the crowds start rolling in, so we will feel out whether we would like to relocate back to the more intimate Pod Playground or to the welcoming embrace of one of our Cosmic Trees in the afternoon.

We will have a closing circle at the end of Day 3 to discuss what has shifted for all of us since the gathering began. Due to the more physically demanding nature of this gathering, we are not offering the option of a fourth day for Advanced work. You may consider day 3 to be our Advanced Day. If you would like more time with the Pod at the Pod Playground, you are free to join me for one more swim on the morning of October 4th. It will be relaxed and non-committal.

Things to Know

We will meet around 9:00 each morning and will begin moving through our content as soon as everyone is Present and settled. Please do not be late, especially to the beach where the morning is the most magical time of day. We will end anywhere between 3pm and 5pm each afternoon, so please be prepared to spend 6-8 hours outdoors each day. October in Florida is still quite warm with high temperatures around 85°F (29.4°C) by the early afternoon. The water is a delightful 80°F (26.7°C). We will stay cool in the shade of the Banyan Tree and will be in and out of the water on beach days.

For the full experience of swimming at the Pod Playground, we recommend a mask, a snorkel, and fins. Cressi is my favorite brand for comfort, durability, and affordability. I highly recommend their F1 frameless mask and their dry snorkel. You will not find a better price for quality gear. For fins, I am currently using the Rondinellas, but my next set will be these. For traveling, you may opt for a shorter set which may be slightly less costly as well.

Please assure that you are comfortable swimming in your gear before the gathering.

We will not have time for you to get acclimated on the spot, and being unprepared and uncomfortable would only distract from your experience as well as from our limited time with the Pod. If you plan on swimming with gear for the first time at the gathering, we would ask that you spend the summer getting comfortable with it. It is also perfectly acceptable to immerse yourself at your level of comfort, whether that is waist-deep, chin-deep, full submersion without gear, or full submersion with gear.

Please note that this is not, strictly speaking, a “Swim with the Dolphins” gathering. We will be connecting in with the dolphins at a high level of consciousness and I can guarantee that they are very adept at working with us from a distance if that is what they choose to do. We will remain within a designated swim area and if the dolphins choose to approach us, it will be their free will choice to do so. It is best not to be overly expectant or overly excited and to just enjoy your time in the water regardless of their Presence.

The dolphins are immensely aware of every rippling effect they have upon all who are present, including those who are not part of our gathering, and they will present themselves accordingly. This may mean they keep their distance, it may mean they come right up to us in shallow water, it may mean they do something in between, and it may mean they do all of the above over the course of a single day. They know exactly what they are doing at all “times” and upon all levels of existence.

What to Bring: Aside from your gear, please bring a beach towel each day to sit and lay comfortably under the Banyan and at the beach as well as to dry off after swimming. You may want to bring a different towel for each purpose, especially on day 2 when we will be in and out of the water multiple times.

We would highly advise bringing natural / minimally chemical sunscreen, a long-sleeved rash guard, and perhaps a wide-rimmed hat for the beach.

Please bring your own meals each day, especially on Day 1 as we will be eating beneath the Banyan Tree. There are concession stands at both beaches but the quality of food is not ideal for our high-energy gathering.

Please bring plenty of water with you each day. We recommend 2-3 liters per day. I will usually surpass a gallon on days like these.

What Not to Bring: Please do not bring your phones, cameras, iPads, smartwatches, or any other type of electronic device to the event gatherings. Aside from our Pod Gathering video above, you may notice that I do not often share photos or videos of these very sacred places, and that is because I have learned that when I have my phone or any electronic device on me, it greatly reduces the level at which I am experiencing them. We would ask that you leave all devices in the car once you reach each destination as this will make a big difference in our group experience, but you are free to return later to take photos on your own time. We will take group photos at the end of Day 3.

Cost & Travel Arrangements

We are making this event affordable to all those who feel the call to attend. At $111 USD per day, the total cost will be $333 USD per person. We would encourage you all to collaborate on group accommodations and carpools to conserve resources. We will create a WhatsApp group no later than the month of June to share all future updates and to enable all attendees to collaborate on accommodations and transportation.

For those who will be flying in, there is a smaller airport in Sarasota and there are major international airports in Tampa and Fort Myers. If you use these, you will need to either rent a car or otherwise arrange transportation to the Sarasota area. The exact locations of Days 1 and 2 are not far from Siesta Key and will be shared once you are signed up in order to do our best to preserve the sacred nature of these places for as long as possible, so please wait to arrange accommodations until you know the best place to do so.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available for extenuating circumstances up to 30 days prior to the event. In the event of an emergency cancellation after this time, we will discuss the circumstances but cannot guarantee a last-minute refund.

In the unlikely event of a late-season hurricane in the Sarasota area, we will push the event back 2-3 weeks, however we are usually out of the danger zone by October. If necessary, there are spacious pavilions at each beach for passing storms, but once again, this is not usually much of a problem at this time of year.

Session Availability

I will be available for hands-on sessions with the assistance of the Pod and the Cosmic Resonance Team a few days before and a few days after the event. The photo above is the Sunset view after a private session in our secluded spot on the edge of a public beach area where I will set up my treatment table for those who seek extra support through their processes of Cellular Liberation & Activation. We also offer Bioaquatic sessions in the Gulf when conditions are favorable. You may also reach out to me for a remote session at any time before the event to assist you in preparing & aligning with the level of energy we will be working with. More information about sessions can be found at DolphinResonance.org.

Reserve your Spot

Your spot is reserved once payment is submitted and the sign-up form is filled out. Your spot is not reserved if you only do one or the other. We will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours which will contain all of the above information for future reference and will create a WhatsApp group no later than the month of June for direct event updates and future collaborative arrangements.

We look forward to meeting you in person!

With Great Love & Excitement from Hazel, the Pod, and the Cosmic Resonance Team
