Root Chakra Clearing is Coming In Hot 🔥

As we move through a swift rise in Consciousness and the continual acceleration of Collective Clearing Processes following the 12/12 Gateway, it is going to be increasingly important to maintain a Harmonic Connection to the Earth. This weekend will see a huge acceleration of Root Chakra Clearing, particularly around sexual distortion and survival fears, before we move through a our usual ancestral healing over the Holidays.

Therefore, I was strongly guided to remake my video of our hip stretches for root chakra opening and activation. This version moves through real time and you will hear many tips on how to strengthen your Harmonic Presence and isolate the more physical aspects of root-level trauma and programming as you increase the flow of Harmonic Energy through your hips to open the root chakra and strengthen your Harmonic Connection to the Earth 🤍

This is best done outside of at all possible. You can modify this as necessary or do your own thing entirely, but the important thing is to do some kind of stretching or movement to get energy flowing through your root chakra every day. It will transform your life ❤️

Please make sure you are eating adequately as you work through root-level distortion. Denser foods are always necessary to do deeper work ❤️
